I accompany people on their path of healing, inner growth and transformation.

People who long for a change in their life,
look for support in overcoming eating disorders and addictions or assistance in healing trauma and emotional-, physical-, sexual- or narcissistic abuse.

I seek to honor and nurture the person beyond the addiction, psychological or emotional issue, or spiritual blockage that currently manifests as suffering and turmoil and aim to create a safe space to be and become who you truly are, to share what you’re facing and envisioning for your life, and to celebrate your growth.

I am using various tools and techniques learned over the years as well as the insights and the heightened intuition gained through my own healing journey.

My focus is on being a compassionate and non-judgmental presence of support for you in facing the darkness within with a loving attitude so you can feel whole again. And in building up inner resources for emerging stronger and clearer, connected to your soul and living from your heart.

Reading the traditional Lenormand deck is a very dynamic process unlike any other tarot reading method. Each of the 36 cards has its unique meaning and importance in the session. You will get a “snapshot” of how things are with you generally, at this moment in time.
A reading can be helpful to find insight, meaning and new perspectives on work, relationship, love and life´s other great mysteries. It can help you dive into your own personal psyche, and allow the spring of inner knowledge to flow over you.
